Christy Roth, MBA, MB (ASCP)
Christy Roth is the Chief Operations Officer at Shepard Health. Christy also maintains a consulting company, Roths Genetic Resources, that assists laboratory owners in implementing various molecular testing menus. Her past experiences include laboratory supervisor roles at PinPoint Molecular in Greenville, South Carolina and Predictive BioScience in Cleveland, Ohio. She is a graduate of The University of Akron and completed her M.B.A. from the University of South Carolina's Darla Moore School of Business

Richard Roth
Richard Roth is currently the CEO of Shepard Health. Prior to co-founding Shepard Health, he served in many roles over more than 27 years in the healthcare industry. He served as the President of Capstone Genetics (a division of Capstone Healthcare), founder/CEO of Roth Genetic Resources, founder/CEO of Pinpoint Molecular, founder/COO of AquaVast and Brinetech, sales, sales management, marketing and business development at AmeriPath (a division of Quest Diagnostics) and sales at Johnson & Johnson Medical (a division of Johnson & Johnson). He is a dog lover who enjoys fishing, gardening, shooting guns and traveling with his wife Christy and two boys, Andrew and Jackson.

Michael Damron
A University of North Georgia graduate with a Bachelor’s in Biological Sciences. Michael's career started as a teaching assistant for Genetics, Vertebrate Zoology, and Herpetology. In 2012, he began working with peripheral neuropathy testing at an industry-leading diagnostic lab and soon the CEO communicated the desire to move some of the company's microbiological testing to molecular-based assays. He helped develop the assays with a newly hired molecular scientist. Seven innovative years and a ASCP MB Technologist certification later, he moved on to help other labs with all aspects of their molecular testing, validations, processes, and development. He is thrilled to be a part of the Shepard Health team and bring a pioneering spirit to the growing lab.
